    At what stage would you "indicate to the bank that you will be seeking costs in view of their abuse of the court process" as stated here... http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...tml#post774414 ?

    If you do this before settlement, do you accept settlement?

    You accept the settlement.
    You make sure that the money has cleared. then you file the application without notice.
