Hi I was just condering has anyone had any contact with A&L reagrding their defence & court date?
Has anyone been to court with them yet? They seem to have stopped paying up for some reason.

A success story has just been posted on the MSE site ... A&L paid up just after court proceedings had been started. The amount was comparatively small though ... £380. It appears to me that they're dragging it on for those of us claiming larger amounts. So many of us are at this stage ... hang on in there and keep us posted.
Any contact with A&L?
