I've had a letter and cheque through from Cobbetts for Full and finalsettlement, the cheque has just cleared.
Cobbetts included two N279 notices of discontinuance, should I be filling these in if I am to claim wasted costs?
I'll actually have to make new N279 forms as Cobbetts have managed to fill the two they sent to me incorrectly...
I can't find reference to what I should be doing with these N279's on the forum. The guide simply says to write.
