Received "standard reply" letter informing me of how correct Egg's charges are, but as a gesture of good will they'll make a one off payment of £140.00!!

In fact I've sent a letter declining their offer and giving them 7 days to respond confirming they're going to repay the amount in full, if not I'll continue my course of action as outlined in my Prelim letter.
Egg have been quite crafty with the replies to each stage so far, they acknowledge the receipt of each letter and have replied each time with a letter dated the day before my stated deadline.
Not giving up tho, it's not going to cost me anything and each letter they get off me only ends up costing them more!
