I, ve sent off for my credit agreement and i'm going to send off for my SAR from direct line visa. They have not contacted me for 3 years but i pay them a small amount every month on a dmp with CCCS.They Defaulted me in 2003 but i've just recieved my credit files from all 3 agencys and there's no mention of Direct Line (or RBS cos i think direct line are owned by RBS) on any credit reference agency not even the default notice. Dont know what to do. The same applies to Yorkhire Bank credit card(not on any agency even though defaulted) Can anybody explain please.
