Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have a Gold Service Loan with Lloyds TSB. They sent me a statement which is 4 pages long and covers Nov 2002 - Nov 2006.
In the interest/charges and withdrawls column it says frequently 'Returned direct debit' then different amounts. These don't look like charges to me but there are no other charges on this statement and I know there must have been?
Please can anyone confirm if these are charges from them or just the amount of the DD returned?
