    Red face Hez v Barclaycard

    Hi all hope I'm posting this in the right place. Very new to all this. Having spent hours reading all info from you guys I have just sent a letter to Barclaycard asking for my charges (template letter) Now counting the 40 days not hopefull of response from all I;ve read they sound like gits. Hope I've done the right thing.
