Thread: Can I make one claim for two accounts?

Hi, I have two current accounts at the same branch, and I've been charged on both of them. I've got to stage of filing a claim in my bank charges saga, but I'm just wondering if I have to file a seperate claim for each account, or I can file one claim for both?

Does anyone have any information?

I made one claim for both accounts.

Just include both account numbers and sort codes when necessary in the letters and the claim.

Be careful if you get to the court stage as the particulars of the claim may not fit on Moneyclaim Online (MCOL) if two account numbers are included, in this case, simply file through your local court.
