    Default Want to check if your CA is legal online?

    Not sure if this has been posted here before or not..if it has apologies

    This site gives an online assessment of whether your CA is legal or not from the data you input..it doesnt ask any personal stuff..just the figures etc

    You can pay for a full report but it at least tells you whether its legal (enforceable) or not for free

    Hey shieldblaster.
    That CA checker would work great if it'd let you put in a APR figure higher than 100! my apr with a Provvy loan was 170.0% and it wont let me input that! Doh! oh well.

    I go along with Tomterm..I think they have assumed that anything over 100% would be termed as extortionate. But nothing suprises me with the provident. I think you have a case under sec 137 above let alone whehter your CA is legal or not
