Leeds Mecantile - Gilmore vs Lloyds - what should i do?
Hi there,
I have received the following order referring my claim to Leeds Mercantile Court and am unsure what to do next....
"On 2nd April, 2007
His Honour Judge Kaye QC sitting at The Court House 1 Oxford Row Leeds considered the papers in the case and
ordered that:
1) The clain is transferred to the Mercantile Court, Leeds District Registry.
2) The claim is reserved for all purposes to His Honour Judge Kaye QC.
3) Because this Order has been made by the Court without considering representations from the parties, the parties have the right to apply to have the order set aside, varied or stayed. A party wishing to make an application must send or deliver the application to the court (together with any appropriate fee) to arrive within seven days of service of ths Order."
The letter is stamped 2nd May so i would need to reply by the 9th!! I do not understand what is required of me in item 3). What do i need to submit/ what do i need to do? As yet, I have not sent anything to the court.
Do I wait for a date for a court case? please help...
