    Default My Letter/for statements

    I sent a letter requesting my statements from the bank.
    They have written back to say that I need to pay £10 for the statements from years 2000 to 2001. Is this normal that they req this money. Can any help???

    Yes. Please read the FAQs. If you use the template in the library it advises you to send the £10 with your request.

    I would suggest before going any further that you have a good read through the FAQ's and the step-by-step guide. A good look through the threads in the Lloyd's forum would provide a lot of answers to your questions as well. It is important you understand this is a legal process, which you must follow accurately if you are to succeed.
