Hi guys just posting in this section as I am currently claiming back charges for my wife, I'm already Claiming for myself with ltsb and am having a time of it the stubborn so and so's, just wondering what the norm is - 1st letter has been sent and we got the response 'sorry about feelings & looking into claim will get back to you when looked into it etc' we are now ready to send the lba do they normally cough up after this?
