Hi
I sent my lba off on the 28th April which gave them till the 11th May for the 14 days up but i received a letter stating the normal "please be assured our fees are reasonable and competitive ect"
Firstly what do i do next
Secondly do i have to wait till the 14 days are up
Im so glad people oin this site know what they are doing i would be lost with out it.
Thank You
Wait untill the 14 days are up and if they haven't made you an acceptable offer in that time (which they won't) then proceed with court action as per your letter.
hi
have you sent your schedule of charges to A&L?
dont add the 8% interest at this stage,
there is a good template to follow in the bank template letters that will give you a rough idea where to go next
have a good look at the time table of how to proceed with your claim and stick to it
good luck
