Default Raising an N1 County Court claim - what are the odds of ending up in court?

    Hi All,

I'm at the beginning of the process of raising a N1 form county courticon claim against a bank and was wondering if anyone has any experience of the whole scenario.

What are the chances of ending up in court? Do the banks tend to settle in full out of court? How can I estimate interesticon on charges claimed back if the bank has not provided the dates of charges and only a number of missed / late payment fees?

I'm presuming as the bank has not supplied full DPA details I should be claiming to the court that I could only estimate charges due to the bank's non-complience?

    thanks,

I agree with Alan. Have a mooch about on some of the banks boards and read some of the longer threads, there is a lot of useful info regarding people's individual claims.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason with any of the banks though to be honest.

Don't forget to contribute to the CAG. Without them we would probably still be drafting our prelim letters.
