I am working out charges/PPI so does anybody know the standard interest rate applied to Morgan Stanley credit cards? It sounds daft but I have just looked through 6 years of statements and on their website but cannot see it? I thought card providers had to display this info on their statements?
They are required by law to notify you whenever the rates change (part of the duty to provide information under CCA), so they should have sent you something the last time the rate changed. There are good reasons to not simply throw those away (such as their usefulness in contractual interest claims).
