Hi
I'm new to all of this, but I followed the procedure and sent preliminary approach for payment. HBOS icon

owe me £1242. I got a phone call icon

offering me £120 which I declined, he then offered me £360 and put that in writing with a standard letter saying it costs them , blah blah blah. I'm obviously going to reject this and sent the next letter the lba icon

and give them the next 14 days. Here's hoping this will aid them to a quick refund or it's off to the Scottish Courts! Anyone had success with Bank of Scotland?

No, I've just sent the 3rd copy of the first letter axxording to them theyv'e not recieved the first two.

still send it recorded delivery it only costs a pound, they cannot say they have not received it then, and it sound to me like they are just stalling send the lba icon

recorded and in 2 weeks file a claim. good luck.

sorry still i diddnt mean for the DPA if you send your request and then the lba icon

recorded delivery they cannot fob you off saying they havent received it, and even if they do you have the proof you posted it so just move on to the claim.

I've had success against BOS icon

, I did have to issue a claim against them. Still need to repeat another 3 times to get full amount.
