Hi all,
Have two claims on the go at the moment.
Barclays: Going for £924.17 which includes the interest
.The Bank has written to me and advised they are looking into it and that I should hear from them in six weeks. I've decided to ignore this and have just sent the second letter using the templetes kindly done by Martin.
Barclaycard: Now this one seems a bit more bother. Sent SARon 27th Feb 07. I received a letter today with the last two years statements. The letter stated my previous statements are on microfilm and that they will be taking a further six weeks (perhaps). I spoke to a young lady today and she basically said that the bank did not agree they had to send my details but were doing as a gesture of goodwill
. However I do have a feeling that this is just a delaying tactic. I've looked at other threads and get the impression that I should just ignore this letter and proceed.
Any advice on what to do next?
Thanks in advance
