    Default Fidji v Egg

Now that I have successfully reclaimed my bank charges of £2100 from Barclaysicon, my partner has let me try to claim his charges off Eggicon but we have run into problems already!

We sent off the SARicon with his cheque for £10 to Jenny Gordon, Data Protection Manager at Waterhouse Square, London and, well over 40 days later, we have received nothing. The cheque hasn't even been cashed.

Have we sent it to the wrong place?

Can anybody suggest what we should do next?

    Thanks

They may change address details because their website gave a different address to the one you used.

The link you used quoted a phone number for their customer relations as follows:

    0800 783 4393

Try the number and tell them your intention. They should provide you the correct address and contact.

    Hi Fidji,

I don't know if it's any help, but I sent my SARicon letter to the same address at Waterhose Square, and received a response (although not the response I was looking for- just a delaying tactic from Eggicon!) within about 10 days. The address at the top of the letter they sent me is

    Egg
    Customer Details Team
    Point North
    Waterfront Way
    Brierly Hill
    West Midlands
    DY5 1LU

Although I am not exactly sure if this address is the right place to send it to or not, it might just another stalling tactic, I wouldn't be surprised!

Can you believe it? Eggicon finally sent the paperwork on Wednesday! They also returned our cheque. The original SARicon was sent 2 February. Took them 5 months.
