Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I've done the whole thing by the templates etc
£705 from woolwich
started in december
was offered 200 in february
declined and started court preceedings
they put solicitor on case
the court was moved nearer to my home
then got a letter with the following
Judge considered statements of case and allocation questionaire submitted. he has decided that a hearing before a final decision about allocation can be made therefore ordered me to attend court on 21.5.07, reason being The legal issues raised by the claim make if unsuitable for small claim track. Partied to agree appropriate fast track directions.
NB the woolwich only has to arragne a telephone conference
Did'nt have chance to ring the bank as got letter this morning with the offer of the whole lot, £705 obviously they havent admitted any wrong doing on their part but i've got my money back, so was no need to panic. Thanks to all for all your help and support xx
