if you already have the account No then it's the same as any other claim, if you don't, then you need to get it somehow, write to the bank giving as much detail as posible, name, addy, sortcode ect, and ask them for the acc No, they'll prob say they can't find it, check through your paperwork for dd's paid from the acc you should be able to find the acc No somewhere
