Thread: Fayp v Barclays

Hi!

I'm about to start a claim against Barclays for my 3 accounts (joint account and 2 personal accounts).

Can I include all 3 accounts on my request letter or should I split them up?

What address should I send them to?

You can include the three accounts in one claim so long as you are a named account holder of all 3.
