i have sent just recieved a reply from BOS after i sent letter requesting refund of £1500 in charges. Theyre reply was good as im unsure of my next step as it said they will investigate bla bla but also says bos will only make payment directly to the holder (if i was getting a thrid party to make the claim) i didnt expect this & lost my nerve to go ahead with it even though only yesterday they took £104 out my acc in charges any advice on what to do next greatly appreciated!
