I handed in my letter requesting list of all default charges with my £10 cheque on 02/Mar/07. After 7 weeks I went into my local branch as I hadn't heard anything from the bank. The cheque was cashed at the beginning of April. I have been on the phone to the dept. that is dealing with this but can't get thru' and was on hold for over 1/2 an hour ( not a freefone no.) 2 months have gone by and not a dickie bird. Has anyone got any suggestions as to my next step ? Much appreciated in advance.
