Hi all there prob is already threads about this somewhere on this site, but just wanted to let you know that I rang Barclays about an old mortg we had about 3 yrs ago, they should have charged us £95 redemption fee but the person on the fone informed me thay had actually charged us £195 (cheeky! but nothing i hav'nt come to expect from this HONEST bank) ne way she told me they would refund 100 plus 11.47 interest in account within 3-5 days it went in the same day!!!!!! wish they were as quick with the old bank charges. rang Abbey and they r sending out form to fill in for there old mort. just wondering if anyone else has done this. found details & no's on gm.tv - your money. can claim up to 5yrs prev if have changed over mortg
