    Default barclays offering to settle deal or no deal?

    Barclaysicon litigation called today offering £2,800 including court costs but only 8% interesticon , i claimed acculmative interest at 27.5% court date 9 may litigation claims will not get all intrest i claimed at 27.5% help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!de al or no deal ! has anybody actually been sucessfull at claiming it all,thanks

    Consider this offer carefully, if this does go to court the judge will be informed that they tried to settle including interesticon but you turned it down, this of course is your right, but be aware that the interest rate will be determined by the judge if the two parties can not agree, more than likely he will go for the S69 8%.

    It depends how determined and how confident you are,
    you could save yourself a lot of time and work by accepting.

    No doubt someone will come along and advise you to continue, as I say the choice is yours..sorry
