Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Well I've been offered £120.00 (I asked for £346.46). I had a look on Money Saving Expert about accepting/not accepting the charge. However, there is not a template letter to send on there.
Any advice on how I should go about telling them to shove their £120 (!) and wanting the full £346.46.
Welcome! I started off using the Money Saving Expert site but this site is soooo much better. The link below should help but have a good look in the Banks templates library for all the available letters.
