Had a accident last july, not my fault. My insurance sorted out the repairs thru there approved garage.
I have had nothing but hassel ever since the car is still not right.
They have had me in a hire car for last two weeks while they try to get someone to fix my brake light. Two weeks later they say they are going to give me a cash in lieu figure to get the car fixed. It still has not been diagniosed by anyone official. Has soon as i get the cash in lieu cheque they will take my hire car of me. And i have to try and find a garage to fix it, and the insurance company have said they can't get someone to do it because its a insurance company.
Their approved garage have refused to look at it and fix it unless i sort my own hire car arrangements. Which could cost me a fortune.
I was led to beleive that the work they carried out was insured by my insurance company for three years.
