The date for the RBOS to answer to my lba has passed without hearing anything from them. Im claiming around £800 in charges and dont know what to do next.
I believe the procedure is different in Scotland than England (where i won £3400 back from HSBC!!). Can i still use the online claim site or do i have to do it another way?
I am sorry but i dont know. I will be asking the same question myself in 2 weeks. I am just about to send my lba letter to Halifax. No response from prelim. The 2 weeks is overdue.
I would guess your next step would file a court claim.
