    Default t4ss V abbey

Sent off S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon) to Abbeyicon yesterday. However I made the payment by postal order and didnt make it recorded delivery. Could abbey try any delay tactics? Has anyone paid by this means?

    Hi t4ss.

Postal orders are a perfectly valid method of payment and they should accept it OK.
They could say they haven't received your request, but again, there shouldn't be any problem.
Don't forget to keep copies of all correspondence, in and out, in case you ever need to prove a point.

    Good luck.

    Hi t4ss,
Usual Abbeyicon blah blah rubbish I'm afraid. This is your timetable - not theirs - 14 days is sufficient
    Best of luck, Dizzy
