Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have filed MCOL - A+L have defended and today recieved letter from their Solicitors ( Wragge &CO) stating that their defense is based and I quote
The claimant has failed to particularise the claim against the defendant adequatley , blah , blah , blah -
This surprises me as I can prove that I have sent details of all charges (itemising what it was for) date and amount .
They also got my name wrong on the defence - called me Bryan instead of Bryn .
Can anyone advise if this is the norm , also can anyone suggest next step for me . I want to ensure they do not get away with this as Charges + interest is 4700 Pds

Stick with it they will pay out ..............
