Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I need a little bit of advice please? I rang the lady at my Local Court and she told me that my case had been stayed pending the outcome of a test case. I have yet to receive notification of this.
I have received a letter stating that the case has been transferred to the Civil Jusitces Centre in Cardiff. I rang them to find that the case had been listed for 14th August 2007!!:-|
I was thinking of writing to my local court to ask if tha case can be moved back but not sure if this can be done and how to go about it?
Has this happened to anyone else or can anyone advise please?
