Thread: Allocation Questionaire

I have just received the Allocation Questionaire.
They have put they do not agree with the small claims but have not filled the box in to say why.
Also they have 1 witness apart from the solicitor.
Is this usual?
I have noticed that they have different figures by £154.50 saying refunds were given. I am checking this out today.

I have just filled aq in but not had one from them yet, who is the other witness? this is getting really scarey now.

I received their A&Q I dont know who the witness is.
Mine is going back with the £100.00.
Their defence says they repaid some of my charges. I have checked with the statements and I have not claimed for the charges they have refunded. I cant wait to go to court against them.
Dick Turpin without the mask, that is my opinion of them.
They even have trainees handling this case. Obviously we are not worthy of anything from them.

I haven't posted to the site before but have been working against 5 banks on my own (thanks to advice from yours and Martin Lewis's site) and have reclaimed £5167 out of a possible £5926. HSBC was the largest at £3400 (claimed £4016 but decided to settle before court) £1240 - Capital One - took this to court and they settled before they had to file a defence, and £480 (out of £580) Lloyds TSB. I am currently dealing with the trickiest customer - Citicards who have rejected my claim and filed a defence offering me £246 out of £1200 ish. I am going to issue an Allocation Questionaire and have been looking at your site for assistance. I think I understand Section G now thanks to your Draft Directions suggestion and will be sending this off today. Watch this space - I think I heard that CitiCards are the more difficult one to crack. I have also had offers from Barclaycard but have rejected them and given them 14 days to come up with a better offer or they will be receiving a court letter.
