    Default carrie v egg

hi all, now that i've finished with the Halifaxicon, i'm going to crack the Egg, i've sent the S.A.R. and today received a list of transactions in response, i'm not really sure that i trust this list, i'm sure that i've had a lot more charges from them, so i'll check it against the statements i've got to test it, but i think i'll do another S.A.R. anyway setting out in clear detail exactly what i want them to provide, i can wait another 40 days as i'll be busy with my claims against cap1 [at the aqicon stage].and Natwesticon [at the court claim stage]
has anyone else had a list off them and how accurate was it????

    Carrie,

Past form on accidentally missed out charges: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...tml#post670748

Without a complete set of statements it will be impossible for you to accurately reconstruct Contractual interesticon levied on your unlawful charges, as Eggicon's monthly interest rate changed regularly.

A very rough ballpark figure is that £20 unlawfully charged in January 2003 will have inflated to £53 by April 2007, thanks to monthly compound interest, assuming you maintained a debit balance throughout.
