Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I am sure that everyone here knows about this issue. It is freecreditreport.com 's way of stealing my money. I found out today that they have been taking 12.95 every month since june of 2006. I called my bank, and they gave me a number to call. The number was fcr.com's main helpline. I talked with a rep, i complained, and he offered me 12.95 back credited to my account. I replied that it was not enough, and i would like to speak with a supervisor. He put me on hold, said he spoke with his supervisor and he allowed me to get 25.09 back credited to my account. I still said that it was not enough and I would like to speak with his supervisor. He put me on hold again, and came back and said there were no available supervisors. He then gave me a Address to write a formal complaint to the cosumer group in Irvin Cal.
I was wondering if this is the same people that i will be writing to?
And is there a way that i can get my $129.50 back?
And will my bank be able to help me? (wells fargo)
