I have just received an offer to settle out of court,My court date is this Friday and i only received offer last Saturday gone,
They are offering me roughly a thousand pound below what i claiming for.
They are prepared to defend the overdraft Interest and are saying is not a penalty charge.
And say they will rely on Emerald Meats(London)vAIB group(UK) 2002 EWCA Civ 460 to defend this on Friday 4th May.
Can as many people as possible please advise me on what to do.
