Defence filed by RBOS, about to submit the allocation questionnaire before 11 May which is costing £100, but I am a limited company not an individual (limited co comprising Me - Director and my Mother - Company Secretary). RBOS have raised the issue that the Unfair Contract Terms in Consumer Regulations 1999 do not apply to me - is this correct, can anyone help? thanks

Think we can put this through as normal but using common law - going to keep on with it and refer to common law in the response to their defence. Thanks

Yes, UCTCR is, as the name suggests consumer legislation.
