Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hello everyone, I have been reading this info on this site with interest for a long while and have started to try to claim back my charges of £1808 without interest from A & L. It is so good to see so many people getting their money back and thanks for all of the useful stuff that has been posted here - it certainly helps with what could be a very frightening situation otherwise.
I sent the first letter asking for a refund to which I received the normal reply of charges being lawful etc. This letter I sent to the Customer Service Centre at Bootle.
I have now composed my 2nd letter (lba) and am unsure of where to send it. Does it still go to the Customer Service Centre, or should I send it to Sarah Rendon at the Bridle Road address or yet again should it go to the Narborough address?
I don't want to delay them receiving it, but am very confused with all these different address's.
