Barclays paid the £56 into my Barclaycard account on the 15th of March but I did not accept this as settlement in my 2nd letter sent to them.
Been on holiday and a bit busy at work but am now back. I intend to pursue further with
county court
and came over here looking for advice using MCOL but some have suggested going via N1 submission.
- Can someone please advise me the merits of one or the other? [MCOL v. N1]
- I've been reading Contractual Interest debate(s) keenly. Can I change my demand from statutory to contractual at this stage?
