Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hello everyone! I've just joined this great site after seeing something about it on the TV and the bank charges scandal. I hope to learn from CAG on how to go about claiming myself. I'm also 'battling' (well it's a one-sided battle at the moment!) with Virgin Media and their £5 per month penalty charge for non-DD payment, PLUS (interestingly) their sudden £10 "late payment fee" penalty on my account..!
Hope to interact with others too and share experiences.
