Thread: Other ways of enforcing a judgement

Just a quick question.

H as anyone thought of using a garnishee order, (Now called a third party debt order).

I am sure the Halifax has plenty of accounts with money in them, lol.

I used it against an old landlord who did not want to pay after I had a CCJ against them, wow, they paid the same day!! LOL

Just an idea, it's much quicker than bailiffs. Perhaps quicker than they can set-aside the judgement.

Ideas?

I will be at the stage of enforcement soon.
