Nat west issued a cheque for £5K this morning after the court issued "judgment by default" against them and following a letter to cobbetts threatening a warrant of execution they promptly paid up.
Keep the pressure on and they will pay up.
A thought, does this mean that nat west now have a county court judgment against them and of so, how can they opperate as a credible financial institution if that is the case?
