hi there, i recieved a default notice for non payment of public liability insurance due to cash problems,the policy was renewed and paid by direct debit with no new cca signed by myself,only a letter with " this document represents a credit agreement regulated by the cca 1994 " on the reverse side in small print and not used as a heading,if this is uninforcable i will be able to get the defult removed and that would be good news for me,any advise greatly recieved jezzy

Most insurer's direct debit agreements continue at renewal UNLESS you notify them prior to renewal that you no longer wish to pay by this method or that you wish to lapse the policy. Usually no new agreement is required.
