Can you claim rbs bank charges even if account is closed??

Hi does anyone know if you can claim RBS icon

bank charges even if the account is now closed.

I did. I don't think the account type matters i.e. it being a business account. The only thing I did was not go back beyond 6 years icon

with my claim, but the concensus here now is that we can.

yes you can apparently im claiming from them and my account was closed

in march 2006 i had to close it due to all the charges snowballing
i still owe them money but i dont know whether this will affect my claim

If your are in Scotland you can go back 5 years, if in England its 6. so if you closed your account within the period appropriate to your location you can claim. Its advisable to provide bank with sort code, account number, and address you were at when the account was closed (If different from present) saves a lot of time.
