Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

My claim was filed 21 DEC 06, after aq in February, Judge listed the case to be heard in the week ending 31 AUG 07....
Delays in court very much depend on the number of chimney pots in your area, although rural courts (like mine) which don't sit every day, also seem to be suffering backlogs.
You must remember, you are the litigant, not those parasites you have let loose with your data. Therefore you are quite entitled to contact the court (with case number issued when claim was filed) and ask questions about your case (not legal ones, just procedural).
