in nov of last year me and my wife instructed robertson holbrook to recover our bank charges
the total is 10500 after numerous phone calls to our help we were told that court papers were issued and are still waiting for a court date that was nearly two months ago
we have not heard anything since and robertson hollbrook are not answering emails and have turned off their phones
can any please give a rough guess as to how long a hearig will be
getting a little worried now

the only agreement i have made is that they claim the interest we get the total charges but they dont seem to be doing a good job when we eventually grt thruugh robertson hollbrook say they are very busy and the bank is stalling wish i had never got involved with them
we have not had any correspondence from them apart from the amount we are claiming
can i sack them
