have I blown it my POC was not worded correctly and bank have filed a defence saying the claimant's claim appears to be misconceived in that the claimant is seeking a refund on overdraft interest.
Also not only have I claimed interest on interest I didn't word my claim correctly I failed to write on my POC interest pursuant to section 69 county court acts but put in on my schedule
