RBOS are currently sending me all the nasty letters demanding that I clear my unauthorised overdraftwhich has reached approximately £128. They say that the case will be going to the court/sheriff officers very soon. The problem that I have is that the £128 overdraft was arrived at purely as a result of charges. I am currently trying to get my charges of approx £4000 back from HBOS
so why would I pay £128 to RBOS for an overdraft which is only there because of no funds being in the account to pay a Standing Order for a few months. Should I let them take me to court and then ask them to justify the charges?
