    Default DPA non complaince, court claim..can you use money claim ?

    Can you make a court claim for non compliance of a DPA request via the moneyclaims site or will I have to go into the local court office and make it there.

    It is important that the wording is kept as close to the template as possible - I very much doubt that it will fit within the character limit on moneyclaim.

    And no, you can't.

    It has to be through form N1, which is local court. You can print off the N1 though, link in the library.
