    Question RBOS overdraft

Hey everyone i've added up my charges and they come to £382 i've finally had enough of these stupid charges that are dragging me further into debt! This bank is charging me £10, £38 and £76 a time per returned payment and the only reason i can't pay these direct debits is coz the bank charge me ridiculous amounts from the last month, its such a vicious circle and now i'm slightly angry with them. The thing is, i have a student current account and i am deep into my overdrafticon as i only work part time and do have a lot of direct debits to pay which i CAN afford if the bank would stop charging me!! I was just wondering if you have an overdraft can you still claim back the money (coz u r using their money and its not really yours if you see what i mean) sorry i know its kinda hard to explain! Any help is appreciated thanks a lot (oh i'm about to write the standard letter asking for it back although i'm not sure if i can be 'nice' but i'll try my very best!!) x
