The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have a skycard account and various Barclaycard accounts.
Seeing as Skycard is Barclaycard in another guise but with different admin and complaints people can anyone tell me if i can put both the claims on the same MCOL as technically it is Barclays/Barclaycard I am claiming from in both cases?
I am just starting my claim against skycard. Its only for £150 but worth it. Sky Card is actually a different branch of the Barclays group so I would recommend you complete them as seperate MCOL's. Skycard are registered as a company in their own right so it will be safer this way and eliminate confusion.
One question remaining is that I take it I still use Barclays Bank plc T/A Skycard on MCOL with Barclays address in London?. I couldn't find Skycard as a company on the companies house website and i lknow that the seperate address for them is only for complaints
